Bulwark Golden Russet apple cider is made with freshly pressed Annapolis Valley Golden Russet Heritage Apples. Some say this is an English apple, others say it originated in New York in the late 1600’s or early 1700’s. It is unique in appearance and flavour with an amber-coloured russet skin and notes of honey, citrus, and spice. This Heritage Series Cider is pressed, fermented, and bottled on site in New Ross, Nova Scotia; a unique single varietal profile with a warm, complex flavour and a crisp, dry finish. Serve chilled.
