Bulwark Cox's Orange cider is made with freshly pressed Annapolis Valley Cox's Orange Pippin Apples. This heirloom apple, introduced to Nova Scotia from England and originally grown by amateur horticulturist Richard Cox in 1825, remains one of the most highly regarded apple varieties for both eating and cider making. This Heritage Series cider is pressed, fermented, and bottled on site in New Ross, Nova Scotia; its slightly tart profile exquisitely balanced by sweet pear and citrus notes and a bright and crisp dry finish. Serve chilled.
